This policy explains how information handled through zachboulert.com is used. It applies to the home valuation and buyer consultation forms, website operation and optional website analytics.
Information collected
The home valuation form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address and moving timeline. The buyer consultation form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, buying timeline, preferred areas and details you choose to provide. Both forms record the type of request and require your consent to be contacted.
Website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps and request logs where needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. Do not submit financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords or other highly sensitive information through these forms.
If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process technical and usage information such as device and browser details, pages viewed, referring information, general interaction events, approximate location derived from technical information and analytics cookies or similar identifiers. The website's analytics events do not include names, contact details, property addresses, messages or other form-field values.
How information is used
Form information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the real estate service you requested, organize follow-up and maintain appropriate business records. Optional analytics information is used to understand website use, measure page and contact-action performance and improve the website. Information is not sold and will not knowingly be used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis or further consent.
Service providers and disclosure
Form information is transmitted through a secured website service to the configured BoldTrail/KVCore customer relationship management system so Zach can receive and manage the inquiry. Cloudflare and the website hosting provider may process information required to deliver and secure the site. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts, which may receive limited technical request information such as an IP address and browser details.
After you accept analytics, Google may process website usage information through Google Analytics 4. Google and these other providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices and may process information outside Ontario or Canada. You can review Google's Privacy Policy.
Information may also be provided to RE/MAX Icon Realty Brokerage or professional advisers when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, meet brokerage or legal requirements, protect rights or address a security concern. It is not disclosed more broadly for unrelated advertising.
Consent and communication choices
The forms require consent for Zach Boulert to contact you about your request. You may withdraw that consent or ask not to receive further follow-up by using the contact information below. Withdrawal does not change handling that occurred before the request was received, and some information may still need to be retained for legal, brokerage, security or record-keeping reasons.
Analytics consent is separate from consent to be contacted. You can accept or reject analytics without affecting the forms or essential website features. Use the “Privacy choices” button on the website to change your analytics choice at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Google Analytics 4 loads, and may set analytics cookies, only after you select “Accept analytics.” If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Rejecting analytics does not prevent hosting or security providers from using cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to provide or protect the site.
The website's Google Analytics configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals. Analytics is used for website measurement, not to send the personal information entered in lead forms to Google.
Retention and safeguards
Form information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, service relationship, security and applicable business, brokerage or legal requirements. Analytics information is retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property and Google's practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including encrypted transport and restricted credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
